BREAKFAST CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. hot sausage 1 box herbed croutons 10 oz. sharp cheese, grated 5 eggs, beaten 1 can mushroom soup 1 tsp. dry mustard 2 1/2 c. milk 2 oz. can mushrooms Brown and drain sausage. Mix soup and milk. Pour over croutons. Mix well. Add other ingredients using only 1/2 of the cheese. Put remaining cheese on top. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set in center. Cool slightly. Cut into squares. Freezes well. |
