CHEESE BALL 
1 tbsp. chopped pimentos
1 tbsp. green onions
Dash of cayenne pepper
1 c. pecans
8 oz. cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. chopped bell pepper
2 tsp. steak sauce
Dash of salt
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese

Mix together, using only 1/2 cup of the chopped pecans. Roll ball in other half of remaining nuts. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours before serving.
