LEMON DELIGHT 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. pecans (coarsely ground)
10 inch pie pan

Cream together, pat in pan (about 7 1/2 x 12 inches). Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, cool.

SECOND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 lg. Cool Whip (9 oz.)

Cream together and spread over cooled crust.

THIRD LAYER:

2 sm. instant lemon pudding
3 c. milk

Mix puddings together add milk and beat. Pour over second layer.

FOURTH LAYER:

Top with remaining Cool Whip. Refrigerate several hours before serving, preferably overnight.
