PATTY'S TROUT DELIGHT 
8 fillet trout
1 stick butter
2 toes garlic, finely chopped
1/2 c. shallots
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. parsley, finely chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Melt butter in a 4-cup measuring cup. Add garlic and shallots. Microwave on medium 3 minutes. Stir in salt, pepper, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce.

Place fillets in greased casserole dish. Then pour sauce on top. Microwave on medium 8 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and lightly brown under microwave browning element or broiler. Serves 8.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
