QUICK LASAGNE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 env. onion soup mix
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
4 c. water
4 oz. lasagne noodles
12 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown beef in skillet, drain. Stir beef, soup mix, tomato sauce and water together in skillet. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain. In casserole dish, alternate layers of noodles, meat sauce and cheese. Bake 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serves 6.
