HAM FRITTERS 
2 c. ground cooked ham
1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. milk
2 eggs

In mixing bowl, sift flour with baking powder. Add milk and eggs. Mix until smooth. Fold in ham and drain pineapple. Drop by teaspoonfuls into deep fat and fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
