TEXAS HOT SAUCE 
1 c. chopped onions
1 lb. hamburg

Brown well.

1 qt. water
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Add to meat and simmer 2 hours. Thicken with cornstarch and water paste (as you would when making gravy).
