COTTAGE CHEESE PIE 
12 oz. or 1 pkg. tiny curd cottage cheese
7/8 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. cream or milk
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, separated
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mash cheese with fork. Beat egg yolk and add to cheese. Stir in other ingredients and beat until smooth. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour in pie plate lined with pastry. Sprinkle top with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
