SALMON NOODLES ROMANOFF 
8 oz. cooked wide egg noodles
1 1/2 c. cottage OR Ricotta cheese
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1-2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of red pepper sauce
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
16 oz. salmon, shredded

Stir together until mixed well. Bake in a 2 quart buttered dish for 40 minutes at 325 degrees.
