TART LEMON CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding (or lemon Jello)
4 eggs
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. salad oil

Beat eggs until thick. Add pudding, cake mix, water, oil and beat at medium speed 10 minutes. Bake in tube pan at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Remove hot cake and punch holes on top and add glaze.
