FRUIT COBBLER 
Fruit, fresh or frozen, enough to cover bottom of cake pan
1/4-1/2 c. sugar
1-2 tbsp. cornstarch
Cake mix, - yellow, lemon or white, etc.

Cover cake pan bottom with prepared fruit. Sprinkle mixture of sugar and cornstarch over fruits. Put in warming oven.

Prepare cake mix according to instructions. Pour over fruit in cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
