RASPBERRY-APPLESAUCE MOLD 
2 sm. pkg. raspberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
16 oz. applesauce
2 pkg. frozen raspberries

DRESSING: (optional)
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. sour cream

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add applesauce and raspberries. Set in mold in refrigerator. Top with dressing (make one day ahead before serving). Mix marshmallows and sour cream.
