1 lb. hot sausage
3 (4 oz.) pkgs. cheddar cheese (2 pkgs. mild; 1 pkg. sharp)
3 c. Bisquick

Combine all ingredients. Mix and shape loosely into bite size balls. Bake in 350 degree oven until slightly brown.
