REFRIGERATOR BRAN MUFFINS 
2 c. boiling water
2 c. 100% Nabisco Bran Cereal
1 c. corn oil
3 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. all-purpose flour
5 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 c. Kellogg's All Bran Cereal
2 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. raisins

Pour boiling water over 100% Nabisco Bran Cereal. Set aside to cool.

In a large bowl cream together corn oil and sugar. Add eggs and buttermilk.

In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt and add to buttermilk mixture. Now add to the cooked bran mixture. Next, mix in the All Bran Cereal, walnuts and raisins only until moistened. Store in glass or plastic covered jars in the refrigerator. Will keep 5-7 weeks.

When ready to bake, spoon into greased muffin tins and bake at 400 degrees F. for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
