1 c. vinegar
1 stick of butter
1 sm. chopped onion

Simmer until melted.

1 c. brown sugar
1 qt. ketchup
Pepper to taste
Tabasco sauce (optional)

Mix together. Heat thoroughly. If cooking chicken, baste with simmer mix. Add remaining sauce to finished chicken.
