COCONUT PECAN PIE 
1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. pecans
unbaked pie shell (9 inch)

Melt butter; add sugar and vinegar. Mix well. Add slightly beaten eggs, coconut and pecans. Stir well and pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Do not cut until pie is cold.
