CINNAMON - SOUR CREAM NUT BREAD 
1/2 stick butter
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. packed light brown sugar
2 1/2 c. plain flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 carton sour cream plus 1/4 c. buttermilk added to sour cream
1 1/2 c. ground nuts
1/2 c. raisins; optional

Cream butter and sugar well, add eggs and beat until light and fluffy. Sift all dry ingredients together and add alternately with sour cream. Fold in nuts. Spoon into greased and floured loaf pan and bake approximately 1 hour at 350 degrees. May be drizzled with 4x sugar glaze if desired. Wrap tightly and will keep for several days.
