SOUR CREAM RICE 
1 c. raw rice
1 sm. can green chilies, diced
1/2 lb. Jack cheese
2 c. sour cream
4 tbsp. butter
Salt & pepper, to taste

Cook rice according to directions on package. To the cooked rice, add the green chilies, grated cheese and sour cream. Add salt and pepper. Butter casserole and put rice mixture in casserole dish, sprinkle cheese on top. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Microwave 8 minutes at medium low.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
