DREAMY APRICOT SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. apricot flavored gelatin
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. water
2 (4 3/4 oz.) jars apricot baby food
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk, chilled (Eagle Brand)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Combine gelatin, sugar and water in a small saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve gelatin and sugar. Remove from heat, and stir in fruit. Set aside to cool.

Combine condensed milk and cream cheese, beating until smooth; stir in gelatin mixture, then nuts. Pour into a 9 cup mold, and chill until firm. Yield about 20 servings.
