SALMON BALLS 
1 lg. can shrimp, drained and boned
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. baking soda

Mix well, spoon teaspoonful into one inch hot fat. Fry until golden brown, drain on paper towels. Sprinkle lightly with salt.
