TED'S FAVORITE BLUEBERRY PIE 
4 c. blueberries
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour or tapioca
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
Pastry for 9" pie pan

Line 9" pie tin with pastry. Wash blueberries (if frozen, do not thaw). Put berries into pastry. Mix sugar, flour, spices and salt and scatter over berries. Dot with butter; add top crust. Bake 40 minutes at 375 to 400 degrees or until done.
