TACO PIE (TEENAGERS FAVORITE) 
1 1/4 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. sliced olives
1 can crescent rolls
1 to 2 c. corn chips
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Brown meat; drain fat. Add seasoning mix, water and olives. Simmer 5 minutes. Place rolls flat to form a crust. Crush corn chips into tiny pieces. Add half to bottom (on top of crust). Add meat, sour cream, cheese and rest of corn chips. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Can be served with salsa.

My 3 teenage step sons loved this dish! I used Doritos instead of the corn chips and it turned out great. I would definitely recommend this recipe to my friends and family.

fast, easy and the best part kids loved it. I left out the olives as one wont eat those. I could see making it with black beans and no meat but again got a picky kid...
