PEACH PUNCH 
2 boxes peach Jello
1 pt. boiling water
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 qt. cold water
1/2 pt. bottle lemon juice
1 lg. can unsweetened pineapple juice
1/2 gal. pineapple sherbet
1/2 gal orange sherbet
2 (32 oz.) bottles of 7 - Up or ginger ale

Mix Jello and boiling water together to dissolve Jello. Add sugar, cold water, lemon juice and pineapple juice. Bring mixture to boiling point and let stand overnight or until cold. About 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving, add pineapple and orange sherbet and 7 - Up or ginger ale. Note: You may use any flavor of Jello for color. This may be frozen for later use.
