MCINTOSH APPLE CRISP 
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
3 c. peeled apples, sliced
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

In medium bowl, stir flour and sugar. Blend in butter until mixture is crumbly. Quarter, core and peel apples. Slice thick. Arrange fruit in greased 9 inch pie pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice and cinnamon. Top with crumbly mixture. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 25 minutes. Eat warm or cooled. Top with whipped cream.
