CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 (3 or 4 lb.) chicken boiled and removed from bones
6 c. bread cubes
1/2 pkg. seasoned croutons
1/2 c. celery, parboiled
1 egg
Onion to taste
Salt

Combine bread, croutons and seasonings with enough of the chicken broth to make very moist. Fold in chicken after it has been removed from bones. Pour in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Top with 1 can mushroom soup. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
