CHINESE CARROT SALAD 
2 c. shredded carrots
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can shrimp, drained
2 c. Chinese noodles
1 c. salad dressing
2 tsp. lemon juice

Save the Chinese noodles until the last. Mix all other ingredients together. Chill thoroughly. Put the noodles in just before serving, mixing well.
