BRANDIED PEACHES 
1 can Cling peaches (either halved or sliced)
Sugar
Cinnamon
Brandy (or whiskey)

Drain peaches until dry. Lay round side down in shallow pan. Pierce each with fork. Sprinkle each with granulated sugar and at least 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Pour brandy over each peach, enough to fill center. Cover pan with foil. Place in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Be sure brandy residue (excess liquid, if any) is removed from center before placing in serving dish. This recipe can be made ahead and chilled. Allow peaches to absorb brand.
