WHOLE WHEAT BREAD 
4 c. very warm water
2 pkg. active dry yeast (4 1/2 tsp.)
1/2 c. honey (or molasses or brown sugar)
8 c. whole wheat flour
3 c. white flour
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. commercial bran
4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil

In medium bowl combine water and yeast along with a spoonful of the honey. Measure all dry ingredients in large bowl. Add remaining honey, the oil and the yeast mixture. Mix thoroughly. Knead until smooth. Place in greased bowl, turning once to grease surface; cover with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm place until double in bulk. Punch down and let rise again (this gives a finer texture to the bread). Form into 4 loaves and place in greased pans. Cover and let rise about 30 minutes. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Bake 10 minutes reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake 30 minutes longer. Turn out on wire racks to cool.
