HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
3/4 c. melted butter
16 oz. sour cream
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. cream of mushroom (or cream of chicken)
Salt and pepper
Onion

Pour potatoes into 9x13 baking dish. Drizzle with 1/2 cup butter, sprinkle with salt and pepper and onions. Add cheese over this.

Mix soup and sour cream and spoon over potatoes. Crush 2 cups of corn flakes and mix 1/4 cup melted butter. Sprinkle over potatoes. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
