BROWN RICE 
1 stick butter
1 chopped onion
1 c. rice
1 can beef bouillon
Worcestershire sauce
1 chopped bell pepper
Sliced mushrooms (I use fresh)
1 can onion soup
Pepper

Melt butter. Add bell pepper, onion and mushrooms. Add rice and cook until rice is lightly browned. Add soups and a couple of dashes of Worcestershire sauce. Put all of this in a casserole and bake uncovered about 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
