MANICOTTI 
8 manicotti, cooked
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. shredded Mozzarella, divided
6 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
2 eggs
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar favorite spaghetti sauce

Cook ground beef with onion until crumbled and brown. Drain. Add spaghetti sauce to beef and set aside. Combine together cottage cheese, 1/2 cup Mozzarella, 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, eggs, parsrley, salt, basil, oregano and pepper. Stuff cooked manicotti with cheese mixture.

Spread small amount of spaghetti sauce in 12"x8" baking dish. Place stuffed manicotti side by side in dish. Pour remaining sauce over top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese and 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese over top. Cover. Let stand 3 minutes until melted.
