FROZEN SHERBET DESSERT 
30 vanilla wafers
1 pt. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 pt. lemon sherbet
1 pt. raspberry sherbet

Crumble cookies. Whip cream. Add cookies to whipped cream. Add vanilla, sugar and nuts. Spread half of mixture in bottom of pan. Add sherbet by spoonfuls. Alternate colors. Put remaining cookie mixture on top. Place in freezer. May be frozen for an indefinite period. 9x13 inch pan serves 16. Add other flavors or sherbet with this, if desired.
