TURNED-ON BURGERS 
1/2 c. cut up pepperoni
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. prepared yellow mustard
2 lb. ground beef
salt and pepper
6 hamburger buns
1 red onion, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
1 green pepper, cut in rings
1 radish, sliced

Combine pepperoni, cheese and mustard. Shape ground beef into 12 thin patties. Top 6 patties with cheese mixture; cover with remaining 6 patties. Press edges together and seal. Broil or pan-fry. Serve on buns garnished with onion, tomato, pepper and radish.

Makes 6 servings.
