BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS 
6 single boneless chicken breasts
1 c. crushed seasoned croutons
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. white wine or cooking sherry
Thin slices of Swiss cheese
1/4 c. melted butter

Roll chicken in croutons. Place in greased 9x9 inch or 9x13 inch glass baking dish. Top with cheese. Mix soup and wine and spoon over chicken. Sprinkle with remaining croutons. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.
