BANANA BARS 
1 pkg. Pillsbury plus yellow cake mix
1 1/4 c. thinly sliced bananas
1 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. cold coffee
2 eggs

FROSTING:

1 1/3 c. confectioners sugar
Dash of salt
1 tbsp. butter
2 or 3 tbsp. cold coffee

Combine first 5 ingredients, beat at low speed until moist. Beat on high speed for 2 minutes more. Bake at 350 degrees in greased 9 x 13 inch pan 25-30 minutes. Glaze when cold. Frost.
