CHERRY COFFEE CAKE 
4 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 can cherry pie filling
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar & 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (topping)

Mix all ingredients together in bowl, except cherries and topping. Spread half of mixture in 9"x13" pan (greased and floured). Spoon 1 can pie filling over it. Add other half of mixture over top. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes (or longer).
