CHERRY COFFEE CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can fruit pie filling

Sift flour and baking powder. Mix other ingredients. Put half of batter in pan. Add fruit filling (spread on batter). Add remaining batter on top of fruit. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 5 minutes then at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Use a 10"x14" pan.
