ITALIAN MEATBALLS 
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs or substitute
4 or more tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1-2 cloves garlic, chopped
Dash of salt or pepper

Mix all ingredients, shape into small balls and fry. After fried, remove meatballs from pan. In the same pan simmer 5 minutes a medium onion, chopped, small carrot, grated fine, and add 16 ounce of tomato sauce. Add meatballs and allow to cook slowly for about 1 hour.
