STRAWBERRY RHUBARB JAM 
5 c. rhubarb
2 1/2 c. sugar

Split rhubarb down through the center and cut into 1/2" pieces. Add sugar and let it set until it draws juice. Put on to boil after it starts to boil, cook 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn fire off and add a small package strawberry Jello and stir well until dissolved. Then is ready to pour into jars and seal. This makes about 2 pints.
