SPINACH BALLS | |
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, cooked & drained 1/2 lg. onion 4 eggs, beaten 3/4 c. butter, melted 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. thyme 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb crumbs Mix all ingredients; roll in balls (50). Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Can be frozen for later use. Put on cookie sheet until firm in freezer; then store in freezer bags - cook normal times. |
