1 ripe pineapple
3-4 ripe bananas
3-4 oranges
1 pkg. flaked coconut
Juice of a lemon or lime
Sugar substitutes to taste
Brandy or rum, about 1 tsp. or flavoring

Leave the leaves in tact on the pineapple but cut on oval "lid" form the top. Remove the pulp in the easiest way without poking through the pineapple. Mash the bananas. Remove the pulp from the oranges. Season with lemon or lime juice. Add sugar substitute and liqueur to taste. Place the fruit mixture in the pineapple after tossing well. Replace the lid and chill several hours.
