PINEAPPLE SUPREME 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
25 Ritz crackers
3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 pt. all-purpose cream (Cool Whip may be substituted)
2 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. walnuts

Drain 1 large can crushed pineapple. 25 Ritz crackers, rolled fine. Chop 1/2 cup walnuts and add to crackers.

Beat 3 egg whites until stiff, gradually adding 1 cup sugar and add 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. Add Ritz crackers and nuts to the above mixture. Fold together. Pour into 10 inch pie plate. Bake 300 degrees for 30 minutes.

Press crust with fingers when taken out of oven. Beat cream with 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar and fold in well drained pineapple.
