CHICKEN OR TURKEY CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked, chopped chicken or turkey
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. diced celery
1 c. cooked white rice
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt

TOPPING:

1 c. corn flakes, crushed
1/2 c. slivered almonds
Dot with butter

Combine all ingredients and put in a buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Mix up topping made of corn flakes and almonds. Sprinkle over top of casserole and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or longer. Makes 6 servings.
