BEEF STEW 
2 lbs. stew meat
1 med. onion
1 med. bell pepper
6 c. water
2 serving spoons flour
Kitchen Bouquet
All Season Salt

Brown onion, bell pepper and seasoned meat in a pressure cooker, uncovered, about 10 minutes. Add 4 cups water and cover with pressure lid. Cook for 30 minutes. Turn off fire and let stand until all pressure is out of the cooker. Add 2 cups water to the flour and stir until smooth. Pour into cooker and cook until thick. Add a little Kitchen Bouquet for color.
