CHICKEN IN MUSHROOM AND WINE
SAUCE
 
4 half chicken breasts (skinned)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 soup can cooking sherry
4 oz. fresh or canned mushrooms, sliced

Arrange chicken in pan. Top chicken with mushrooms. Mix soup, sour cream and sherry together. Pour over chicken so that all of it is covered. Baste while baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, uncovered.
