1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
1 (4 or 4 1/2 oz.) pkg. chocolate flavor instant pudding and pie filling
1 c. cold water
1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream, whipped

In large mixing bowl, combine condensed milk, pudding mix and water; beat until well blended. Chill 5 minutes. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into individual serving dishes. Chill thoroughly. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
