MINTED PEA SALAD 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. yogurt
4 green onions, sliced
Herb salt to taste
1/4 c. fresh chopped mint (or 1 tbsp. dry mint) or to taste
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)
Mint for garnish

Thaw peas and combine with remaining ingredients in serving dish. Garnish with mint.
