1 1/2 c. plain flour
2 sticks butter
1 sm. pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 1/4 c. chopped nuts
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt

Melt butter and cocoa together. Add eggs and sugar. Add remaining ingredients except marshmallows. Bake in greased oblong pan for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle marshmallows over cake. Cover with icing.

ICING:

1 box confectioners sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 stick butter

Combine ingredients. Pour over cake.
