APPLE SNACKS 
2 pkgs. sugar free Jello (1 lemon, 1 lime)
3/4 c. boiling water
2 c. unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. sugar (or substitute)

Dissolve Jello and stir in applesauce, cinnamon and sugar. Pour into 8x8 inch pan.
