ELEGANT HADDOCK 
1 1/2 to 2 lb. haddock
1 can (10.5 oz.) shrimp soup, frozen or regular, not diluted
1 1/4 c. Ritz crackers, crushed, about 36
1/4 tsp. garlic salt or garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. onion salt

Wash and cut fish into serving pieces. Put into greased casserole, about 10 x 10 inches. Pour soup over fish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven. While fish is baking, mix crackers, butter, onion salt, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt or powder. Mix well.

Now spread this over fish. Return to oven; bake about 10 minutes more or until brown or bubbly.
